Keith Lavender grew up in the Champions/FM 1960 area of Houston, graduating from Klein High School and Stephen F. Austin State University in Nacogdoches, where he earned a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science.

Keith’s first career was in Information Technology. Starting out as a computer programmer, Keith served as a Computer Systems Analyst, Technical Architect, Project Leader and Project Manager. Much of this career was spent in Helena, Montana, where he and his wife, Erin, enjoyed outdoor sports such as skiing, hiking, horseback riding, and canoeing. They also enjoyed the small town feel of Helena. After 21 years Keith and Erin have returned home to Houston and he has embarked on a new career in real estate.

Keith focuses on the areas of northwest Houston from Interstate 45 to highway 249 and just south of 1960 to Tomball, Spring, and The Woodlands. His goal is to provide the very best service to his clients, negotiating for the best price for your home, whether you are buying or selling. Along with the Clissold Properties team, Keith can bring together the very best resources and tools to ensure your search is successful. Keith will work for your interests and make sure you’re happy with the result.

“I work hard for my clients, bringing together all the tools I can to find the right homes for the right prices, and the right buyers for your home. For me, this isn’t just a job, but a way to serve my community bringing buyers and sellers together in a win-win relationship. I look forward to working with you.”
